Installing *MRtrix3*
====================

By far the quickest and simplest way to install *MRtrix3* is to use one of the 
pre-compiled packages. These allow you to get started straight away, with all 
dependencies included. 

Packages of various types are available for the three main platforms
(GNU/Linux, macOS, Microsoft Windows). For the latest information, please refer
to `the main MRtrix website <https://www.mrtrix.org/download/>`__.
